Focus: Awakening the healing energy within you. By the end of the class, you will have learnt all the background to know how to use Reiki for yourself through hands-on techniques.
Open To: No experience required – all is welcome.
What to Expect: Discussion, manual, teaching, hands-on practice, a Reiki attunement.
